Detect
Analytics flag motion in defined zones, during defined hours.
Every camera is configured with specific detection zones and an active schedule — not a blanket motion trigger. A loading dock might be armed only after 7pm; a fence line might be armed around the clock. This is what separates the service from a generic motion alert pushed to a phone: the system only escalates activity that matters, when it matters.
Verify
A trained operator opens the feed and determines if it's real.
Within [X seconds] of a flagged event, a live operator pulls the camera feed and assesses it — person vs. animal, authorized vehicle vs. not, weather vs. intrusion. This human verification step is what makes dispatch requests credible to police in cities with verified-response ordinances.
Intervene
Live voice-down over the site's speakers.
If the operator confirms an unauthorized person on site, they speak directly through the property's speaker system, in real time. This is the single strongest lever in the service: most intrusions end the moment a subject realizes they're being watched and spoken to live.
Dispatch
Escalation to the central station with verified video attached.
If the subject doesn't leave, the operator escalates to the listed central station with the verified clip attached — which is what verified-response ordinances in many cities now require before police will prioritize a call.
Evidence
A timestamped clip package, delivered on an SLA.
The client receives a timestamped clip package on our published delivery SLA. Where relevant, the same package goes to police and insurers.
What we don’t do
Being clear about the edges of the service.
- —We are not a guard service. No one is dispatched to your site by us.
- —We are not a replacement for a fire or life-safety alarm system.
- —Dispatch decisions rest with the responding law enforcement agency, not with us.
